Harness. Hammock. Dinner.

Aerialie Lodge, Sweden

Enjoy an afternoon of Open Point Harness exploration and Hammock Flow at the gorgeous Aerialie Lodge.

Aerial Harness 15-16:30

Explore low flying harness through a contact improvisation style approach. We will incorporate the ideas of weight sharing and counterbalance between ourselves, the ground, and each other while floating low to the ground.

Hammock Flow for All 17-18:30

Explore the art of aerial hammock in this all-levels workshop designed for both beginners and experienced students. You'll learn and refine beginner-friendly hammock skills, building strength, confidence, and body awareness. We will then connect these skills into a creative sequence, focusing on cultivating fluid movement—transforming individual poses into a seamless, expressive aerial dance.

Whether you’re brand new to hammock or looking to deepen your flow, this class offers a supportive space to explore, play, and elevate your aerial practice.

Dinner with Aerialie Lodge's private chef 18:30

Delight in a meal prepared by Maria, a talented holistic retreat chef. Yum!

Self Care and Repair

This workshop is designed for injury prevention and recovery so that your hard working body can keep working hard. Using a foam roller and tennis or lacrosse ball participants will be guided through self massage techniques designed to break up scar tissue, increase blood flow, and improve the efficiency of tight, injured, and knotted up muscles. Please wear comfortable clothing that you can move in. The studio must provide foam rollers, and balls will be provided by me. For an additional fee, I can provide rollers for participants to take home with them.

Putting the “C” in Curve

“C” shapes are a sometimes mysterious yet integral element of aerial work. And spinal mobility/stability is imperative when it comes to aerial longevity. Whether you are working on roll ups, back balances, or simply want to strengthen and protect your spine in the air, this workshop will give you tools to help. We will work from the ground up on conditioning exercises focused on mobilizing and strengthening the core elements of the “C” shape. Students will walk away with a toolbox of exercises that can be easily added to your training regimen.
